Max Tarr have designed & build a custom Pressure Test rig that is tailored to suit many of our projects. This versatile Rig consists of a Galvanised frame which accommodates a standard IBC, and is easily transportable, the skid is fitted with a pump, surge vessel, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, flexible hose & S/S pipework manifold – complete with isolation valves.
The pressure test rig is used to pressure test our installed pipework on the completion of install to both test for leaks and ensure that the pipework can withstand target pressures.
We also use this rig to super-chlorinate the pipework, filling the IBC with a Sodium Hypochlorite solution to disinfect target pipework.
